This part is applicable to the production, database construction, updating, and maintenance of basic geographic information data at scales of 1:250,000, 1:500,000, and 1:1,000,000. The analysis and application of basic geographic information data at scales of 1:250,000, 1:500,000, and 1:1,000,000, as well as mapping output, can be implemented with reference to this part.
