Abstract
This standard specifies the grades and classification, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates, and order forms (or contracts) of silicon single crystals. This standard applies to silicon single crystals prepared by the direct-pulling method and the floating zone method (including neutron transmutation doping and gas phase doping) with a diameter not exceeding 200 mm. The products are mainly used for the production of semiconductor components.
