This document provides a guide for the application of project quality management. This document is suitable for organizations that undertake individual projects, project clusters, or project portfolios in different environments with varying degrees of complexity, different scales, and different durations, regardless of the type of products/services or processes involved, with the aim of satisfying all project stakeholders through the implementation of project quality management. For specific projects, some parts of this document may need to be omitted. This document is not a guide to project management itself, but a guide to quality in the project management process. GB/T 37507 provides guidance on project management and related processes. This document presents the concepts of "project quality management" and "project quality management system", which can be distinguished through the elaboration of the following topics and chapters: -- Project quality management includes: Project quality management system (Chapter 4), Project management responsibilities (Chapter 5), Project resource management (Chapter 6), Project product/service realization (Chapter 7), Project measurement, analysis, and improvement (Chapter 8); -- Project quality management system includes: Project environment and characteristics (4.1), Quality management principles (4.2), Project quality management process (4.3), and Project quality planning (4.4).
