Abstract
This standard specifies the technical and management requirements for the commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair of oil and gas pipelines. This standard applies to the operation and management of onshore steel pipelines designed in accordance with GB 50251 or GB 50253 and used for the transportation of crude oil, refined oil, natural gas, coalbed methane, and coal-based natural gas media.
