GB/T 4885-2009 Lower confidence limit of reliability for complete sample from normal distribution
Abstract
This standard specifies the method of determining the lower confidence limit of reliability based on a simple random sample of product characteristic values, a given confidence level, and the upper (lower) specification limits of the characteristic values, where the overall mean and overall variance of the product characteristic values are unknown.
This standard applies to cases where the product characteristic values follow a normal distribution.
