GB/T 11412.1-2009 Technical requirement for safety departure of sea going ship—Part 1:General requirement
Abstract
This part of GB/T 11412 specifies the general safety technical requirements for seagoing ships in terms of ship certificates, documents and materials, crew, hull structure, navigation safety, loading conditions and stability, fire protection, life-saving equipment, mechanical and electrical equipment, pollution prevention, and ship communications before departure. This part applies to seagoing ships of 500 gross tons and above navigating in all types of sea areas, but does not apply to ships that need to be urgently put into service due to natural disasters, emergencies, or military reasons, as well as fishing vessels.
