Abstract
This standard specifies the inspection rules for rolling bearings and their commercial parts (steel balls, tapered rollers, cylindrical rollers, needle rollers), as well as bearing accessories.
This standard applies to the inspection, acceptance, and supervised inspection of rolling bearings and their commercial parts, as well as bearing accessories by the following organizations or institutions:
a) Quality departments within supplier organizations (first party);
b) Purchasers or purchasing organizations (second party);
c) Independent verification or certification bodies (third party).
