GB/T 21414-2008 Railway applications—Rolling stock—Protective provisions against electrical hazards
Abstract
This standard applies to the design and manufacture of electrical devices and equipment for locomotives and rolling stock, with the aim of protecting relevant personnel from electric shocks. The requirements vary depending on different operations and procedures. This standard applies to vehicles in railway transportation systems, road vehicles powered by external electricity (trams), magnetic levitation vehicles, and equipment on vehicles. This standard does not apply to: — mine railways in underground mines; — railway lifting devices, mobile platforms, and similar transportation systems; — cableways; — temporary facilities. For testing vehicles according to the standard requirements, please refer to IEC 61133.
