Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for cobalt, inspection rules, test methods, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, and quality certificates. This standard applies to metallic cobalt produced by electrolysis and electrodeposition methods, which is mainly used for remelting (dissolving) to manufacture alloys, cobalt salts, and other applications.
