Abstract
This standard specifies the classification of storage sites for explosive precursor hazardous chemicals, protective areas and locations, human prevention requirements, physical prevention requirements, technical prevention requirements, and the inspection, acceptance, operation, and maintenance of safety prevention systems.
This standard applies to the construction, operation, and management of safety prevention systems for storage sites of explosive precursor hazardous chemicals for the purpose of public security prevention.
