GB/T 15399-2018 Determination of sulfur amino acids in feeds—Ion exchange chromatography
Abstract
This standard specifies the ion exchange chromatography method for determining the content of sulfur-containing amino acids (methionine, cystine, and cysteine) in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of sulfur-containing amino acids in feed raw materials, compound feed, concentrated feed, and supplementary feed. The quantitative limits for cystine (including cysteine) and methionine are both 0.01%.
