Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and contractual terms for deformed magnesium and magnesium alloy flat cast ingots.
This standard applies to magnesium and magnesium alloy flat cast ingots (hereinafter referred to as cast ingots) with a square cross-section, which can be used as billets for forging, hot rolling, and other deformation processes.
