Abstract
This document specifies the classification, type and size limits, shape and position tolerances, technical requirements, test methods, inspection requirements, marking, delivery, and quality certificates of rolled steel whole wheels for railway locomotives and rolling stock. This document is applicable to rolled steel whole wheels for railway locomotives and rolling stock with a maximum operating speed of no more than 250 km/h and an axle load of no more than 33 t.
