Abstract
This guidance technical document stipulates the requirements for the site selection and overall layout, building and structure, production devices and equipment, safety devices and facilities, safety signs, fire-fighting facilities, lighting and electrical safety, lifting equipment, lightning protection and static electricity prevention, safety production management, safe operations, equipment maintenance, storage and transportation of yellow phosphorus, occupational health, and accident emergency response of yellow phosphorus safety production enterprises.
This guidance technical document is mainly applicable to the design of new construction, reconstruction, and expansion of enterprises producing yellow phosphorus by the electric furnace method, the safety management and control of the production process, and safety evaluation.
