Abstract
This standard specifies the hardness, dimensions, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates of pre-hardened high-speed tool steel rods and wires.
This standard applies to pre-hardened high-speed tool steel rods and wires (hereinafter referred to as "steel") with a diameter of 1.0 mm to 15.0 mm and a surface that is either polished or cold-drawn.
