Abstract
This document specifies the dimensions and characteristics of the interface area of the sole of snowboard boots and the parts on the main shaft of snowboard boots used to clamp the interface to ensure a firm connection with the snowboard bindings.
This document does not address other possible devices for fixing snowboard boots to snowboards.
This document is applicable to snowboard boots with sizes greater than or equal to 15.0 in the world shoe size system.
Alpine ski boots are covered by ISO 5355, and travel ski boots are covered by GB/T 40930.
