GB 15811-2016 Sterile hypodermic needles for single use
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for disposable sterile injection needles (hereinafter referred to as injection needles) with a nominal outer diameter of 0.3 mm to 1.2 mm. The injection needles specified in this standard are intended for use with GB 15810 disposable sterile syringes, and are also suitable for use with other compatible syringes for subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous injections. This standard does not apply to disposable dental injection needles. Disposable injection needles intended for use with non-sterile disposable sterile syringes may refer to this standard for guidance.
