Abstract
This document describes the sample preparation and testing methods for the chemical composition analysis of silica sand used in casting.
This document is applicable to the determination of chemical components such as silica, alumina, iron oxide, titanium oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, potassium oxide, and sodium oxide in natural silica sand, selected quartz sand, and artificial quartz sand used in casting.
Note: The parallel determination methods in this document are selected based on specific circumstances.
