Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the impurity level of milk and dairy products.
This standard is applicable to the determination of impurity levels in pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, raw milk, condensed milk, and milk powder, but it is not applicable to products containing non-milk proteins, starch components, insoluble colored substances, or additives that affect filtration.
