GB/T 30921.3-2016 Test method of purified terephthalic acid(PTA) for industrial use—Part 3:Determination of water content
Abstract
This part of GB/T 30921 specifies the Karl Fischer titration method and thermal loss method for determining the water content in industrial-grade phthalic acid (PTA). The Karl Fischer titration method in this part is applicable to the determination of water content in industrial-grade PTA with a content of not less than 0.010% (by mass); the thermal loss method is applicable to the determination of water content in industrial-grade PTA with a content of not less than 0.050% (by mass).
