Abstract
This document stipulates the general requirements for the safety management of passenger-cargo ships' terminals, as well as the requirements for terminal operation safety, waiting parking lot safety, vehicle safety inspections, emergency plans, and evacuations.
This document applies to the operation and management of passenger-cargo ship terminals that have obtained port operation qualifications in accordance with the law.
This document does not apply to the roll-on/roll-off operations of railway vehicles and dangerous goods transport vehicles.
