Abstract
This procedure is applicable to the initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of torsion spring comparators, optical torsion spring micrometers, and small torsion spring comparators (hereinafter referred to as comparators) with a graduation value of 0.1 μm, 0.2 μm, 0.5 μm, 1 μm, 2 μm, 5 μm, and 10 μm.
