Abstract
This part of HY/T 147 specifies the technical methods and requirements for measuring the backscattering coefficient of seawater and monitoring marine ecological environment factors, nearshore marine ecosystems, coastal environmental geological disasters, red tide (green tide) and the diffusion range of sewage outlets into the sea using satellite remote sensing methods.
