Abstract
This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for the DC power measurement between electric vehicles and non-vehicle-mounted chargers.
This document applies to the design, manufacture, acceptance, and use of the power measurement part of public-use chargers (hereinafter referred to as "chargers"). Other types of chargers should refer to this document for implementation.
