Abstract
This standard specifies the location, strength requirements, and test methods for the ISOFIX anchorage points and their top tether anchorage points for car seat belts and child restraint systems.
This standard applies to M and N-class vehicles equipped with anchorage points for front- and rear-facing seats for adult passengers.
This standard also applies to M1 and N1-class vehicles equipped with ISOFIX anchorage points and their top tether anchorage points for child restraint systems.
