Abstract
This document specifies the calculation methods for the heat balance, thermal efficiency, and comprehensive energy consumption of rotary kilns used for producing cement clinker, including the calculation basis and reference standards, the calculation of the heat balance and thermal efficiency of the rotary kiln system, and the calculation of the heat balance and thermal efficiency of the cooler. This document is applicable to the calculation of the heat balance, thermal efficiency, and comprehensive energy consumption of various types of rotary kiln systems (including preheating, firing, and cooling systems) used for producing cement clinker. When using waste as alternative raw materials and fuels, the calculation methods for the heat balance, thermal efficiency, and comprehensive energy consumption of cement clinker can be referenced from this document.
