GB 19044-2013 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and the energy efficiency grades of self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting service
Abstract
This standard specifies the energy efficiency rating, energy efficiency limit values, energy-saving evaluation values, and test methods for self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting (hereinafter referred to as "self-ballasted fluorescent lamps").
This standard applies to self-ballasted fluorescent lamps with a rated voltage of 220 V and a frequency of 50 Hz AC power, a rated power of 3 W to 60 W, and a screw base or bayonet base, which are used for general lighting in homes and similar environments and integrate components for controlling start-up and stable combustion.
This standard does not apply to self-ballasted fluorescent lamps with covers.
