Abstract
This document specifies the basic safety requirements for liquid pumps and pump units, the safety requirements in normal and high-risk environments, and the verification methods for safety requirements and measures.
This document applies to rotary power pumps, rotor pumps, reciprocating pumps, and other liquid pumps and pump units. Except for medical pumps, nuclear power pumps, shipboard pumps, food pumps, and the hydraulic systems of liquid pumps and pump units, other types of pumps and pump units can refer to and implement it accordingly.
