Abstract
This document specifies the acceptance sampling system for measuring the secondary sampling inspection plan, which uses the percentage of defective products as a quality indicator and retrieves it using the Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL).
The purpose of the method presented in this document is to ensure that batches with actual quality levels superior to the Acceptable Quality Limit are accepted with a high probability, while ensuring that batches with actual quality levels inferior to the Acceptable Quality Limit are accepted with a low probability. The above-mentioned purpose is achieved through transfer rules. These rules are:
