This document describes the test method for determining the extreme PV value of rotating plastic bushings under dry friction, lubricating oil, or grease boundary lubrication conditions.
This document is applicable to the determination of the extreme PV value of plastic bushings and plastic bushings with plastic coatings.
This document is not applicable to the determination of the extreme PV value of plastic bushings in swing or linear reciprocating motion forms.
