GB/T 13422-2013 Semiconductor converters—Electrical test methods
Abstract
This standard specifies the general electrical test methods for semiconductor converters.
This standard applies to various ordinary converters, including rectifiers, inverters, converters with both rectifier and inverter operation modes, and various power electronic switches. Dedicated converters can also be used as a reference.
This standard does not apply to converters used in motor vehicles and on-board converters used in aviation electronics.
