Abstract
This document sets out measures to facilitate international trade procedures, including simplification measures, commercial measures, international payment measures, official regulatory measures, transport-related measures, and methods and steps for simplifying international trade data.
This document is applicable to all trade participants, including administrative departments and agencies in the management of international trade procedures, as well as the simplification and standardization of trade data, with the aim of facilitating the automatic exchange of data between government agencies and between enterprises and governments.
