This part of GB/T 9833 specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, packaging, transportation, storage, and shelf life of black brick tea.
This part is applicable to black brick tea made from black tea as the main raw material, through the processes of tea screening, semi-finished product blending, fermentation, steam pressing, drying, and finished product packaging.
