Abstract
This standard specifies the scope, basic principles, test methods, test data, and reporting for the skin allergy test—the local lymph node method. This standard is applicable to detecting the skin allergy effects of chemicals, that is, detecting the lymphocyte proliferation response during the induction phase of skin allergy, which can provide quantitative data for evaluating the dose-response relationship.
