Abstract
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, testing, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of insulator electric cleaning agents.
This standard applies to cleaning agents composed of various organic solvents and additives, which are used to clean the non-silicone rubber outer insulation surfaces of power equipment that are contaminated with dirt. When the power equipment is too contaminated to perform water rinsing operations, such cleaning agents can be used as insulating media for rinsing operations.
