GB/T 223.72-2008 Iron,steel and alloy—Determination of sulfur content—Gravimetric method
Abstract
This part of GB/T 223 specifies the determination of sulfur content in steel by the gravimetric method, except for selenium-containing steel. This method is particularly suitable as a reference method for determining the value of standard samples. This part of the method I is applicable to the determination of sulfur content with a mass fraction of 0.003% to 0.35%; this part of the method II is applicable to the determination of sulfur content with a mass fraction of 0.003% to 0.20%.
