Abstract
This part of GB/T 23561 specifies the terms and definitions, instruments and equipment, specification of samples, measurement steps, and data calculation involved in the determination of rock expansion rate.
This part is applicable to the determination of rock free expansion rate and rock lateral restraint expansion rate. Among them, the determination of rock free expansion rate is suitable for rocks that are not easy to disintegrate when exposed to water, and the determination of rock lateral restraint expansion rate is suitable for all types of rocks.
