GB/T 21911-2008 Determination of phthalate esters in foods
Abstract
This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for determining the content of phthalate esters in food. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of phthalate esters (16 kinds, see Appendix A) in food. The detection limit of this standard: the detection limit of each phthalate ester compound in fat-containing samples is 1.5 mg/kg, and the detection limit of each phthalate ester compound in non-fat-containing samples is 0.05 mg/kg.
