Abstract
This document specifies the models and series, dimensions, other technical requirements, inspection rules, and packaging and transportation requirements for insulators and fasteners used in heat sinks for power semiconductor devices.
This document applies to insulators and fasteners for cast (including extruded) heat sinks used in power semiconductor devices, and also applies to insulators and fasteners for profile heat sinks and heat pipe heat sinks with installation dimensions identical to those of cast (including extruded) heat sinks.
