Abstract
This standard uses the dried roots and rhizomes of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch., Glycyrrhiza inflate Bat., and Glycyrrhiza glabra L. as raw materials. Through processes such as extraction, concentration, potassium alkali treatment, and drying, it produces a food additive called glycyrrhizic acid potassium salt.
