Abstract
This standard specifies the methods for determining the acidity of raw milk and dairy products, starch and its derivatives, and grains and their products.
The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of the acidity of raw milk and dairy products, starch and its derivatives, and grains and their products; the second method is applicable to the determination of the acidity of milk powder; and the third method is applicable to the determination of the acidity in milk and other dairy products.
