GB 5009.246-2016 The National Standards for Food Safety: Determination of Titanium Dioxide in Foods
Abstract
This standard specifies the inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry and the 2-naphthylamine-methane colorimetric determination methods for titanium dioxide in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of titanium dioxide in flour, jam, dried fruits, licorice products, dehydrated potatoes, fried nuts and seeds, candy (including gum-based candy), cocoa products, chocolate and chocolate products (including cocoa butter substitute chocolate and products), as well as the coating of candy and chocolate products, decorative candy, toppings, sweet syrups, flavoring syrups, mayonnaise, salad dressing, solid beverages, jelly, puffed foods, beverage turbidity agents, and konjac gel products.
