Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the content of fructooligosaccharides in food by ion chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of fructooligosaccharides, polifructooligosaccharides, or inulin added separately in milk and dairy products, infant and toddler formula foods, infant and toddler cereal complementary foods, solid beverages, and prepared alcoholic beverages.
