GB/T 16422.3-2022 Plastics—Methods of exposure to laboratory light sources—Part 3:Fluorescent UV lamps
Abstract
This document specifies a test method for exposing samples in a test device configured for fluorescent ultraviolet radiation, heat, and water, which simulates the actual use environment of total solar radiation or solar radiation through window glass, allowing the material to produce effects similar to natural aging during exposure. This document is applicable to laboratory accelerated climate aging tests of plastic samples exposed to fluorescent ultraviolet lamps under controlled environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, and/or water). Different types of fluorescent ultraviolet lamps and lamp groups can be used to meet different test requirements. The preparation of samples and evaluation of results for specific materials refer to other standards. ISO 48921 provides the general principles of this document.
