GB/T 17215.303-2022 Electricity metering equipment (AC)—Particular requirements—Part 3:Digital input electricity meter
Abstract
This document specifies the classification and standard electrical values applicable to digital energy meters (hereinafter referred to as "meters"), their structure, marking and documentation, metering performance requirements and testing, structural safety requirements, climate environment, external influences, metering performance protection requirements, electrical requirements, functional requirements, and type testing. This document is applicable to newly manufactured meters installed and used in 50 Hz or 60 Hz power grids, accessed via electronic transformers (ET) or standalone merging units (SAMU), and whose input complies with the specifications of DL/T 860.92 or GB/T 20840.9 for digital sampling values.
