GB/T 970.1-2008 Circular screwing dies—Part 1:The types and dimensions for circular screwing dies and die stocks
Abstract
This part specifies the basic requirements for the types and dimensions of round taps and round tap holders. This part is applicable to manual and machine-operated round taps and their corresponding manual round tap holders for processing ordinary threads (GB/T 192~193, GB/T 196~197) with a 6g tolerance zone. According to the needs of use, round taps with a 6e, 6f, or 6h tolerance zone can also be produced. Round taps manufactured according to the 6g standard can, in most cases, meet the requirements of the 6h tolerance zone.
