GB/T 17295-2008 Codes for units of measure used in international trade
Abstract
This standard specifies the codes for units of measurement used in fields such as administration, commerce, and transportation to represent length, mass (weight), volume, and other quantities (including counting units). This standard applies to the manual and automatic exchange of information between participants in international trade and other economic and scientific activities. This standard does not affect the use of other codes not included in the appendix of this standard, but specified in international conventions or agreements, between parties involved in international trade.
