GB/T 10827.3-2022 Active

This document specifies the safety requirements and verification methods for the following industrial vehicles with vertical and non-tilting lift frames, except for those specified in GB/T 10827.1—2014:
a) Vehicles and order pickers defined in GB/T 6104.1—2018 with a lifting operation platform, where the lifting height of the lifting operation platform and the load handling device above the ground is greater than 1,200 mm;
b) Three-way stacker forklifts defined in GB/T 6104.1—2018, designed to operate with a load handling device that can be lifted, lowered, or sideways moved when the vehicle is in operation, with the load handling device operating in a loaded or unloaded state when the vehicle is in motion.
These vehicles are designed for operation on indoor flat, level surfaces (such as concrete), and can be operated in guided, unguided, or a combination of both modes; these vehicles are not intended for towing or pushing.
This document does not apply to stacker vehicles that transport two loads, one on the forks and the other on the support arm. GB/T 10827.1—2014 applies to such vehicles.
This document does not apply to vehicles with a lifting operation platform height not exceeding 1,200 mm, or vehicles specifically designed to operate with a lifted load and a forks lifting height not exceeding 1,200 mm.
This document does not apply to low-lift order pickers with a lifting operation platform height not exceeding 1,200 mm, which may be equipped with an additional load lifting device with a maximum lifting height of 1,800 mm.
This document addresses all major hazards, dangerous states, or dangerous events listed in Appendix A related to the use of machinery under the manufacturer's intended use and misuse under foreseeable conditions.
This document does not include hazards that may occur when the vehicle is used on roads or operated in potentially explosive environments.
