Abstract
This standard specifies the definition of citrus grafted seedlings, the combination of rootstock and scion, the requirements for rootstock and scion, the quality indicators of seedlings ready for sale, inspection and packaging, marking, transportation, and other requirements. This standard applies to one-year grafted seedlings of sweet oranges, wide-skinned citrus, grapefruits, lemons, kumquats, and miscellaneous citrus (including field-grown seedlings and container seedlings).
