Abstract
This standard applies to polyglucose products that are made by mixing glucose, sorbitol, citric acid, or phosphoric acid in a certain proportion, heating and polymerizing them at high temperatures, and refining them, as well as to polyglucose food additives that have been neutralized and decolorized.
